研究方向: 植物生态学、群体遗传学、基因组学

研究简介:

利用群体遗传和基因组学数据,以十字花科物种等做为模式,研究基因组水平上的物种分化模式与种群动态历史,解析其适应性进化的遗传学机制及其相关数据库的构建。以第一作者或通讯联系人在Molecular Ecology、PNAS、DNA Research、Cell Research、BMC Genomics等期刊上发表一系列研究论文。任职以来,讲授《生物学计算机编程》《计算生物学科研训练》《计算生物学项目实践》等课程。构建并维护生命科学学院计算生物学数据分析平台(计算集群)。
