(1)、新型生物传感器用于疾病标志物检测:

结合光谱分析技术,将待测物如蛋白质、核酸、细胞和重金属离子与敏感元件之间的特异性反应过程转换和放大为光电信号,构建一系列生物传感器,包括免疫传感器、光纤传感器、核酸传感器和疯狂飞艇基于细胞检测的传感器等。该方向目前重点致力于传感器信号检测装置的自主设计,检测方法的建立,开发出具有应用前景的生物化学分析技术。
